Victorian disaster factsheets

These factsheets contain free legal information for people affected by a disaster such as storms, floods or bushfires in Victoria. The factsheets were originally produced in response to the Victorian bushfires in February 2009 but may be useful across a range of disasters. They were updated in December 2013.

They are intended to provide general information in summary form on legal topics, current at the time of first publication. The contents do not constitute legal advice, are not intended to be a substitute for legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. For further information, see our Disclaimer.
